Don't believe everything you see on TV. There are methods to the effect you're describing but none that I'm willing to discuss with someone who joined the forum this month and is basically asking for the secret. As Christoper said, learn your fundamentals.

I agree with everyone else that this is much better than previous videos. It seems like you've put more actual moves in to your cuts rather than just waving your hands around with cards between your fingers. It's really good to see you improve so much and I look forward to your next upload.

Here are a few things; It's good. It can't be done with big/heavy rings. It's difficult to do in a buttoned, stucked in shirt. It's not suitable for table hopping. A belt needs to be worn for best results. It's not quiet so you can't perform it without decent background noise. It get's good...

I've done it from a regular trouser pocket when I've been wearing a t-shirt so it is possible. It does work best when wearing a buttoned shirt or jacket though.

Unfortunately there is a noticeable difference between the polished and sanded dice. My gaff dice are red so thanks for the link Linear. edit - Amazon won't ship those dice to the UK.

Magic clubs sometimes provide a DVD rental service. Do a search to see if theres one near you. Otherwise it's difficult. I don't think many websites allow you to sell/trade DVD's because they can't guarantee they're not illegal copies.
