    Close up mats

Three of the most common reasons for using a close-up mat are; - To allow yourself to easily pick up cards, coins etc.. - So that no props get wet (from drink spillage) and you don't mark the table tops. - In some instances, like when using a chop cup you want to eliminate certain noises...

    best tricks to perform surrounded

I didn't post to answer the question, nor am I intending on contributing to the intended topic. The closest thing you have offered to advice is the comment about the 8 most powerful words and it comes across more of a statement that you attended a lecture than anything helpful, not to mention...

Likewise. There are loads of well designed decks out there but my "favourite" changes daily.

Answer his question or don't. He didn't come here for a lecture. Absolute nonsense.

    GLASS by me

Pretty cool. Looking forward to seeing it once you've practiced and developed it a little bit more. Having only created it a week ago I think you can still improve it.

    insensitive cardistry?

Good effort but it's not even worth trying to make Cardistry videos with people like Tobias on the scene. Such massive talent with Cardistry and video editing these days.

    Ben Earl Trick Artist

I was a little disappointed. It had more story to it than David Blaine or Dynamo but that also made it a little bit boring. It didn't really offer anything new and some of it was set-up, poorly. Not that the average person would know.

    Fontaine

I didn't bother buying any but I'm sure they will be collectable as they're one of the few decks with thin borders at the moment, plus they share the simple design that Wynn's use. I can't think of why they wouldn't be collectible.

    What Are the strongest loops

I've been using Infinity V2 for a little while and had no problems with it. I hear good things about Legacy but I've not opened mine yet so I can't speak from experience. In any case, they're all pretty much the same so they all hold a similar weight. If one doesn't work for your trick it's...

My Custom Deck, How does it look?

Are you sure it's a custom deck of cards? Because it looks like a picture of a blue rectangle with 2 white letter B's on to me.

A place to buy, sell and trade your used magic!

That's why I suggested a joining fee or yearly subscription. I like to think paying out a bit of money just to join would help weed out anyone that would potentially create a headache. Ultimately I just think a slick and efficient marketplace (which is what the fee would pay for) with no...

A place to buy, sell and trade your used magic!

Great idea but there's no mention of area. U.S, Europe, Asia etc...would be good. I personally wouldn't mind paying a small one off fee or yearly membership if it was made in to a good, trusted marketplace that catered for my area of the world.

    Invisible elastic thread

Depends how much money you have. Mesika is more expensive than Infinity V2 and you get less of it. I've not tried Ellusionist's new stuff so I can't comment on that. Personally I opt for V2 and have no problems with it.

    Moonshine Playing Cards

There is a difference between using custom cards to perform because they're near by and buying custom cards specifically to use gigging. As a professional, if you want to work with custom cards all the time more power to you but they're 2-3 times more expensive and can't be used in conjunction...

    Moonshine Playing Cards

No semi-pro or pro would use custom decks on a regular basis, it's not practical. I think custom cards are for collectors and Cardists more than magicians.

New Website is Live! What do you guys think?

Really nice site. This is a downfall for a lot of magicians at the moment so it's nice to see another quality one. When I looked at having my site done I researched others and these were some of the best that I found; http://www.spmagic.co.uk/ http://www.joshuajay.com/ http://magicsingh.com/...
