You don't need wax with loops. There are instructions with the loops when you buy it as a start but Ellusionist sells The Guerrilla Guide to Using Loops, has all the info you need about them really.

It's not uncommon for packages to arrive very late around Christmas time. I'm sure you'll get it eventually. Then again, a lot of packages get stolen at Christmas time too....

Without giving anything away about Smoke you have to remember that you need motivation to get the smoke to your mouth. It would look cool for film but I wouldn't do it in person. Then again I wouldn't do Biokensis at all, Thread is bad enough.

Previous S&M have been sold for more than $50 and they're not more than 2 years old. You can't put a price on them based on time since it's all about popularity, supply and demand. DnD cards are only getting more popular....
