A decent routine can be found in Ganson's Teach In series. I believe it is titled "A New Look At The Okito Box" and can usually be found cheap on ebay.

Not a gaffed coin but a really good basic utility for coin work would be an Okito box.

There really aren't that many films of any kind, let alone good films, that use magic as a central theme or even as a major element. "Shade" and "Now You See Me" are two that come to mind. Movies about con artists are sort of a tangent to it.
