    Gambling Move Q

I snatched one up on ebay a couple months ago for $45. I had great timing on it, and found Cardshark on Amazon for $40. They are amazing. Even though the DVDs are each about the price of a book, they are definitely worth it.

    Gambling Move Q

Yes, that book is very very good. Along with "Darwin Ortiz at the Card Table" you can pretty much go out and do strictly gambling demonstrations professionally. With enough practice and dedication of course ;)

    Gambling Move Q

There are no teachings of hand mucking in 'Cardshark' or 'Darwin Ortiz at the Card Table'. They are not an easy thing to pull off, and aren't really needed for what you're trying to demonstrate. There is one hand muck that I would use in a demonstration, and that is the MacMillan Switch. Jason...

    Gambling Move Q

Hand Mucking. Pick up "Gambling Protection Series" by Steve Forte, or "Darwin Ortiz on Card Cheating". Also, like UncleMings stated, Tony Giorgio has some DVDs on mucking. Also, the most I've seen is a whole deck :) I think a cooler could constitute as 'mucking'.

    I'm losing MY magic ...

Pick up balloon sculpting. I really love performing magic, but try to take breaks sometime so I don't get burned out. I picked up a DVD on Balloons and it started a fire under me for performing again! It's fun, and definitely something that will go together great with your magic.

Pity Magic Isn't as Easy as Music

Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana... Geeze, there's literally millions of them. (I'm joking! How they made it this far amazes me.) Before that there was N'sync, The Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees, Hanson.. seriously pop music was how good your producer was, how well you could choreograph, and...

    Trifecta or 3Fry?

Not amazing with coins? Stay away from Hellbound Spellbound, and 3 Fry is really good, but what would be better for you is... yes, 3 FLY! I loved Trifecta, it was the first thing I got when I started with coins. Homer teaches great and the vanishes get great reactions. Learn stuff you can...

    Your "arsenal" for a party...

A Substitution Trunk A long rod with some sheets A duplicate of me 2 hold outs, one on each arm. 3 stooges A gun for bullet catch and The Lean. That should keep the party rockin! But really... I can do 10 minutes of magic with just my body parts. If I get a deck I could...

    Straddle grip for bottom deal

Corbin, no offense, but I was not impressed with that video. Yes he's using a straddle grip, but there are other factors going on. It looks like he is smearing the cards to make a better take, which again doesn't look normal and arises suspicion. Of course everyone has their own style and...
