    Card Dribbling

blah! Like other have said, you can palm. A long time ago, I thought I couldn't palm. I thought of the exact same reasons as you. Then, a little over a year ago, after lots of practice, I was able to palm naturally and convincingly. It takes bawls, and confidence. My hand is the perfect size for...

Looking For Good Card DVD Set

Why does it have to be card magic? Don't limit yourself! Jay Sankey's Kaleidoscope has been my favorite DVD of 2009. Some AWESOME stuff on there. I bet nobody here has heard of it, but Chris Randall has a DVD called Sweet!. It's awesome, and has a LOT of practical material I use a lot.

    Coin Matrix

Shade is cool because it uses no gimmicks, and only four coins. But, it's angle-sensitive, and not as direct as gimmicked methods. But still, it's cool to use with 4 borrowed coins. But, honestly, if someone wanted me to do magic with borrowed coins, I would probably do Mr. Clean coins across or...

    Entertainment!

The key is rapport. You don't want to be like David Blaine, he's more about shock-value than entertianment. You have to be funny, and relaxed with your audience. Have a good time, and they will too.

    Coin Shells

Christian, yes, all shells work with Coin 1. However, if you've never owned a shell before, that routine might be a little advanced for you. Also, the difference between a Roy Keuppers shell and a Schoolcraft or Lassen set, is quality. The Keuppers one is expanded, and might rattle. The...

    Coin Shells

I would get a Johnson shell... they're not too expensive, and they will do fine. Once you've gotten used to the Johnson, you might want to invest in something like a Schoolcraft or Lassen set.

    Off Topic

In my opinion, Theory11 needs an off-topic section! A lot of us members have some witty discussions that need to be had in an off-topic environment:D

Magic product you would NEVER recommend.

The Casanova Conecpet is a piece of crap. Not ptractical, unless you like to destroy your decks, and create hours making gimmicks.

    Essential Books?

Not investing in coin magic will hurt you in the long run... just sayin'. It's essential as a magician to have a good 5 min routine with some borrowed change. After all, when someone asks you to show them something, you can't say "I don't have my cards with me" because that's kind of weak.
