    Wrong Delivery?

Hey guys. S.Mills is right in technicality; however. The folks here at T11 are awesome, and if something happened to happen during delivery, if you sent a support ticket, I'm sure they'll help you out and work something out - you won't lose your money, so don't worry about that. Having said...

Smoke and Mirrors - Second Edition :: NOW AVAILABLE

Haven't had a look but the song is probably produced in-house - i.e. no release, unfortunately.

    Linking Witness and Indecent

I'm in agreement with G. In the perspective of a routine, one of the effects will suffer.

Does anybody have any good tricks?

I posted this before, and it's always the same. Here's an idea. Look for them yourself, find the ones that work for yourself, and make them "good"! In all honestly, looking for the shortcut by asking for "best of" effects isn't gonna do you any favours, and 95% of the time will not get you the...

Tangled Web by Eric Mead - Review

Haha. Points to my complaining about the lack of book review threads. Then again, the books I do have, I'd want to keep to myself :P

    Motivation

Hey man, that's great to hear! Thanks for sharing your experiences, and honestly, you have a better mindset than a LOT of magicians today. So keep it up dude, you're doing great :D

    Sneaky, sneaky...

Hey mate, I understand what you mean now by the big action/small action thing, and you're actually right in the sense that, of course, you shouldn't be endlessly squaring cards for no reason - only where it makes sense, for example once closing up a spread pass. I don't think you're...

    Lying or truth trick?

There are many, many, many ways to present this as kendonaga alluded to. What sort of presentation are you looking for? You can present it as a lie detector test in which case you could use an actual deck of cards, you could use a mental force for direct mindreading, or have them write it down...

    Mental Card Forces

You could possibly just create your own as well. It'd just require some thought...

    Funny Stuff

Illusionist, your point is well taken - at the same time though, I mean, honestly. What do you do to guys who swear that David Blaine wasn't upside down? It was actually the rest of the world that was upside down. Sometimes, it really isn't us.

    Some Books

Close-Up Card Magic is a very good book. I own it and use several effects in it, it's simply packed with loads and loads of effects, it's something you'll take a long time to go over and try cause there are simply so many things in there, it's very good value.

    Sneaky, sneaky...

See, I thought you didn't believe that audiences believe in magic? Whilst people might not believe in magic per se, you know in the back of your mind that you can make people believe it, proving my point above. Now, to two points in this paragraph. Firstly, you are correct, whether you do a...

    Sneaky, sneaky...

I think your post is very confused with a few interesting thoughts. This in my opinion is a limiting way of phrasing this perspective. I understand your meaning - that if you screw something up, people might not notice. But to say that most of the time people do not notice or care I believe is...

    Funny Stuff

That's the worst. Laymen can be so stupid sometimes, and it's really annoying. Sometimes there's just nothing you can do, somethings there may be something to do with presentation though. Saying db wasn't actually upside down... Yeah, no presentation's gonna fix that :P
