  1. Hello Friends,

It’s that time of year again where I challenge myself to a new aspect of magic.

Last year I put the cards down and studied coins. I am still studying them because I have a long way to go haha.

I am still going to put the cards down and I have picked up a TT, if there is any suggestions for reference material for a complete TT newbie I would Appreciate it.

Also, I have been thinking of my next effect. I’m thinking rope tricks but I have almost 0 knowledge on them what do y’all think?

I mostly do strolling and walk around/ bar magic. So any information would be awesome! Thank you very much!

  2. Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic has a section devoted to rope; should be a great place to get you started. Also, check out Professors Nightmare, because that is a very simple but very powerful rope illusion.

  5. I’ll check it out! And thank you for linking me to the archive, I always forget about it.
  6. You should check out a $100 bill switch. Switch by John Lovick is a good book, but you may not need to know 60 different versions.
