Mathieu Bich WaterMark - Ideas?

hi guys, anyone got ideas on Watermark, i Mean i got the DVD and its very cool effect, yet i can only think of revealing a card, if anyone has any ideas , i mean a routine or something, i want something more deceptive!!

all i can do right now is , force a card, and then tell them to check the napkin if there is something wrong with it !!(lmao) hold the napkin in their hands sandwiching it, then think of their card, then after few seconds reveal the card!!

any better stuff??!!

I purchased WaterMark some time ago and I didnt like it at all. I prefer Liquify, you can buy it from Elluusionist. It has a lot of variations, ideas... The picture, card or whatever looks much better!
Check it out!

I havent found any useful application for watermark, its difficult to "draw" an image.

No offense man, but why don't you try really hard to think of a few ideas yourself. You know now what it is. It's a reveal. Now just think of what you'd like to reveal, and how you are going to present it.

Which reminds me, did you ever work out a way to streamline the presentation you created for it? I remember messing you an idea and then you reminding me why it wouldnt work.

Actually yes. I've got most of the bugs worked out of my presentation and it's quite nice for my character! I've even since tailored the thing a bit so to accommodated a few different audience preferences.

Also...be sure you don`t lose or confuse the napkin with the setup...I did this trick with watermark some days ago and somehow the napkin mixed with a normal one...man!! I did a perfect presentation and rapport and when I wet the napkin...well..I still have nightmares about that fail

I just kind of thought about this but, what if, instead of openly sprinkling water on the napkin you made it subtle. Say you are at a party and you see someone you want to perform for drinking a drink. When they aren't looking, slip the napkin under their drink. Give it a few minutes for the drink to sweat. Then, go into the card selection and call attention to the napkin being wet from the sweat off of their drink. Tell them that the drink actually formed something strange and when they lift it up, their card is on the napkin.

Thanks man! I don't own the effect. This was something I just thought of. Makes me want to get it though, lol.
