I agree with you on the second part of the sentence, but judging on skill alone, I have to say Tudor, his performances are awful and he's not as creative as Dan and Dave etc. but i'd say he has most skill.

I guess that depends on your definition of skill. I would consider creativity a skill a as well. In pure technical skill he is the best but in skill in other ares there are quite a few people above him.
Jerry Cestkowski, quite obviously. And it's not a matter of opinion or personal preference. He's the most skilled with cards. If Jerry's not your vote, you're simply not educated enough on the subject.

lololololo Devo nothing revolutionary. Because of him flourishing is popular. Yeah brain tudor made a dvd with a bunch of sybil variations. He didn't start the real flourishing movement. It was Devo and Jerry. After them then people like the bucks started to become more popular. Oh and how can brian tudor be the best overall with cards if he only does super fast card magic and a bunch of cuts.
