Im currently looking for any resources that will help me work on my single card tricks, primarily, vanishes and productions, hidden passes, and the ilk.

stuff in the hands. i dont usually have a table handy.

preferably interesting palms, card passing between hands to show empty, reversing hands to show empty and yet after alls said and done a card or cards can be produced.

Theory 11 are selling Dan Sperry's videos on 1-on-1 section where he is teaching these kind of things

You also might want to check out Card Manipulation DVD series by Jeff McBride.

Check out Arthur Buckley's book Card Control. Whilst it has sections for tricks, sleights, gambling moves, etc., it also has a good section for card manipulation exactly of the type you're describing.
