That's an amazing presentation and a beautiful change to the normal routine. Just a tip, lurk a bit more and present yourself in the forums, its very rude to have 1 post and ask for tricks.
Anyways, you can find the clever idea in "Cartomagia Fundamental" of Vicente Canuto (at least theres where i read it)

Actually, that is scripted presentation that comes with a trick, which is published in a book. Can't remember now which book is it, but he did it exactly like in the book, word for word.
Really? Wow.
In "Cartomagia Fundamental" is kind of the same routine but wihthout the order of the deck at the end, and a similar presentation (but not the same)
Gambler vs. Magician can be found in 'Personal Secrets' by Harry Lorayne. It also part of the Classic Collection Vol1, which is an updated collection of his first books, including 'Personal Secrets'. It´s a classic version, not excactly the one shown in the video.
I like Hayashi´s version. He´s not unknown here and an amazing talented (not only in magic) guy.
