It's an Adam Winrich Indiana on a Budget. You can get these whips from winrichwhips.com

Just tell Adam I sent ya. I believe the Indiana on a budget goes for between $125 and $150 bucks. They're a 4 plait cow hide, so it's no roo skin, but it's a good whip and it'll do you well.

Another place to look is tack stores. As in horse riding gear. That's where I picked up a 10' leather bullwhip. Well, technically my highschool girlfriend bought it for me

I just heard back from Adam. Unfortunately, he doesn't make whips anymore.
