One tip that works for me - but obviously everyones different - is when you're preparing to shoot the coin(putting it in palm) put it just slightly to the right of where you would normally palm(or to the left if you're left handed). For me it just causes more tension and gives me a higher MP...

Yeah the key point is, a magician this would be interesting because we have seen countless CTB effects and this is a different and original thing, but to a layman who's (probably) never seen a CTB, a CTB is a different and original thing.
