    The Annotated Erdnase?

It´s nearly impossible to get a copy here, but I can honestly say Darwin Ortiz is (IMO) one of the best authors in magic ever. All of his stuff (essays, books) I´ve read is top-notch.

Fournier 605 Deck Review (Lee Asher Series)

Thanks! I have some 505 decks, it´s easy to get them here in europe. They´re great cards and I prefer them over bicycles for most sleights (they faro great and with precision). They last longer (in good condition) than any other cards I´ve ever used. Just spreading or fanning them is awful (the...

    Lennart Green- Masterfile

Lennart Green is an awesome magician. I love his magic. One of my favorites. Will get the set just for seeing him perform. But his stuff (most of it) is way too hard for me ;)

    Expert at the Card Table

If you could, get your hands either on Vernon`s annotations, as UnknownMagician93 said, or Darwin Ortiz 'The annotated Erdnase'.

    Tally-Ho's or...?

Certainly, because the feel of a card isn´t determined solely by the finish, or I wouldn´t be able to spot such a wide differences (with eyes closed) between my Ohio and Kentucky bikes, both Air-Cushion finish. Contact USPCC (mail) and you´ll get the answer that all of their cards have the...

    Changes

If you´re serious about card magic, my advice is get a copy of Card College Vol. 1 and 2. Put the other stuff aside for some time. Study it until you´ve mastered everything within. Focus on two or three tricks you like the most and practice until you have them down cold. Perform these tricks...

    Tally-Ho's or...?

Well, I think you´re right altogether. I bought a pack of bicycles a week ago and all I can say it sucks. They feel terrible (I tested it with eyes closed to make sure it´s not just a placebo effect and could ALWAYS feel the difference between my other bikes and the new pack, without even...

    Tally-Ho's or...?

Funnily USPCC stated that their Linoid Finish and Air-Cushon Finish is excactly the same for quite some time now and the only difference (regarding the finish) is the naming.

    Magic vs. Religion

The difference is in the library: The magician has 'Tarbells', 'Modern coin magic', 'Royal Road to Card Magic', 'Our Magic', 'Expert at the card table' and many lecture notes on the bookshelf. The magickian the 'Al Azif', 'Cultes des Goules', 'De Vermis Mysteriis', 'The Pnakotic Manuscripts'...

    Worlds Best Magician

The question should rather be: Who´s your favorite magician of all time ? There´re too many legends out there to name only one personal favorite. I don´t consider Magic as a competition, and therefore the single best magician doesn´t exist.

    Palming

ECT has some great palming techniques. If you prefer learning from a DVD, I would recommend 'Bob White: Practical Card Palming' over other resources. 'On Palming' is great, but the angles and camera work of White´s DvD is superior in my opinion.

    Favorite Memorized Deck Effect?

Too much to name a favorite. Juan Tamariz, Simon Aronson and Michael Close all have great memdeck effects.

    Which version is your favourite?

    # Cards Across: the versions by Juan Tamariz and Simon Aronson. Both are strong. # Poker Demonstration: Darwin Ortiz stuff. The finest constructed gambling demonstrations I´ve seen. # Invisible Palms: Larry Jennings classic 'Open Travelers' # Torn & Restored Card: Arturo de Ascanio 'Torn and...

    Acr

Tommy Wonder´s ACR is my personal favorite of all ACR I´ve seen. It´s not about his sleights, it´s about how he builds up suspense and climax and how he manages the audience. In the phase where he puts the card in the middle he instantly reacts to a spectator and shows that the card going in...

    The Four Aces

A better version can be found in Card College. I think it is in volume 1 or 2. If you know the version in RRTCM, it´s incredible easy to find out how http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSXJfK8ui7Y works. @threadstarter Please edit your post and delete the secret part.
