When I was checking out, I tried to apply elite points to my order, but there wasn't any place for points. How do I fix this problem so I can use my points?

There are still a few issues with the Elite points being applied to regular purchases, keep checking every time you make a purchase and maybe one day soon you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Thanks for your patience on this. You can once again redeem elite points as store credit from the cart page at http://store.theory11.com/cart
This now works a little differently than before by allowing you to convert your elite points into a single-use coupon that you can use yourself during checkout or gift to a friend.
