I'm looking for the best resource to buy and I think I have it narrowed down to a few. I tend not to limit my style of magic to one or the other but I do love mentalism that looks real. I stay away from complicated gimmicks after bad experience with many. Sleight of hand is not something I'm afraid of but I don't like it in my mentalism. I tend to perform more seriously and want people to feel amazed, not just fooled. So I'm looking for the best single item to purchase as a tool to study and expand my thinking to create more of my own routines and use the stuff provided in the product. Here is what I'm considering in no specific order:

I have looked at Volume 1 of Freeform Mentalism. It's good workable material but be prepared to watch a lot of Peter Turner just talking. He really loves the sound of his own voice!

But like I said, it's stuff you can actually use.

Tyler, thanks for your input! Would you say Freeform mentalism gave you enough new ideas to go out and create your own routines and use some of his routines as well? Did it leave you feeling like you won't have to buy another resource for a while or was it one of those that you watched and instantly wanted more? Thanks again!

I watched it and I wanted to perform different stuff. I'll definitely use his material but I'm also interested in other forms of mentalism personally.
