Yea i saw this a while back and i was pretty mad. Then i look back now and i burst out laughing. I think the whole thing might just be a joke because think bout it. 3 weeks into magic and he gets all of that stuff and calls all of the good dvds bad thinks the M5 is gods gift to earth. Probly the kid is just joking or somthing. Oh and before i forget he can't finger palm? Thats taking it a little too far.

I really want to punch this kid BUT I also really want to just help him because he is misled about what magic is. And plus he's only a beginner, he said he's been doing magic for only a few weeks, and he expects to be at the range of Copperfield or something. Impossible. It takes years of practice to become "good".

this kid is bad, but he is still a beginner. he's just over excited about it. he just wants to be good automatically and dosent want to work to get there. this kid has no idea what it takes to be good. and a lot of magicians are putting him down instead of trying to help him in any way at all. we are sposed to help the newer magicians...not put them down for being horrible.
Yeah it takes years of practice to be as good as me=P

then he probly isn't serious about magic, and only wants to do it to impress someone or becuase he thinks it looks cool, but will never work hard enough to get there. oh well. thats jus my oppinion
This has been brought up before but isn't it sad how we are stereotyped as dorks when we do magic. And it's all because of kids like this guy. He has know idea what he is doing. Whatever.

All that means is you have to break the stereotype, which shouldn't pose much of an issue if you put yourself out there.
That's because it isn't. It's obviously someone's idea of a joke.
Magicians are stereotyped as dorks. After reading the responses to this thread, that doesn't surprise me.
