I'm confused, we are to get as manny other people that we know as we can to follow Steven on twitter? We are not to follow Steven?

So this is for everybody to do? How do I know how many people I, personally, got to follow Steven? Or does it not matter?
ehh no offense at all steven but i find this a bit stupid in my opinion. It really has nothing to do with magic except people to follow u. I wont be competing in this.
