The most powerful effect usiing playing cards

whats up guys, i had a thought today.

What are some great effects using cards, that don't use the normal steps in card magic.

tricks that dont use "pick a card!" (and some that do use that)
But dont involve the same old sleights, like acr, lost card and reveal it, collectors routines.

I don't know if this makes sense
I explained that the best i knew how

No more card tricks i thought was awesome, tricks kinda of like that.

What do you guys think?

Jumping Gemini by Darwin Ortiz. It has so many levels to it. you start with aces and then they turn to 10s and then to kings. but you have 4 cards the entire trick. It scared me at first because it is so sleight heavy. But I just buckled down and it has served me well for 8 years.

I was JUST about to say that, beat me to it :p haha

I dont know if they are the MOST powerful, but stuff like ace assemblies or something from simply sydney like no lap renolds (I thinks thats it) where the kings turn into aces at the end of the assembley is pretty cool.
Or the advocate.

the effects im really looking for are card effects, that dont use cards in a normal way.

if that makes any sense, like no more card tricks.

where it involved cards, but no pick a card, no losing it in the deck. no four aces stuff like that.
