I told everyone from the beggining. The letters were just a word scramble the left out 1 letter but the rest spelled out something close to GARCIA.

well, the balloon and the phone are part of his trick pressure and the letters raa are in gARciA. The numbers, I gave up on so maybe someone else will tell you
